It's not too early to think about recruiting a Graduate

It’s not long now until this year’s students turn into graduates. With an increasingly large proportion wanting to stay in the Merseyside area, many have already started their job search. With hundreds of final year students already contacting us with more joining them every day, now is the ideal time to think about your 2015 recruitment plans.

We’re now signing up final year students from the local Universities as well as institutions across the country where students will be returning to Merseyside after their studies. With a wide variety of degree backgrounds from business, IT, engineering, law, science and many other disciplines, these potential candidates can make a real impact on your business.

Last year many companies like The Big Partnership (see original story) recruited graduates before their exams had finished. Sharon Mars, director at Liverpool-based media relations agency The BIG Partnership, said:

“As an ambitious company operating in a fast-moving industry, it’s imperative we continue to attract and develop high potential employees who can keep pace with the market and maintain the high standards we have set for the business.

When recruiting from the graduate talent pool, it’s important we begin the process early to ensure we get our pick from the best students with a real hunger to prove themselves and desire to continue their education in a professional environment.”

Act early and get in touch with Graduate to Merseyside to look at how you can recruit the most proactive students graduating this year.
